I need some advice and thoughts/input on a hose that was left open for over a year.
About a year ago I was cleaning my throttle body and some hose connecting to the engine has been off since. About once or twice a month I would get a check engine light that was for an O2 sensor and MAF. I don't know much about the purpose of the hose, other than it looks like it connects to the Air intake and I assume it cools the engine.

Please let me know what this hose is and possible damage/potential harm that could have been caused while this hose was off.

    Thanks!!!
