    So finally took the time to drive the new Taco. My scoop is lower then the new scoop... for starters..... visibility was poor out the front of the Sport

    First impressions will be the same as others I'm guessing. Looks similar but interior and gauges way nicer if you like gadgets. Engine and transmission? Smoother I guess but I asked if the transmission was flashed and the stealership dude said yes but then why was the damn thing still hunting and fishing for the right gear (in Florida flat)?
    This truck had 13 miles on it......so liar number one and number two how is it that the transmission can still be that "weird". At least mine is consistently a clunky SOB but again, I knew what I was getting in my 15
    For what it is worth the 17 Tundra I also test drove was; WOW way bigger, but way more refined as it relates to engine and transmission.
    I thanked the salesman and got my free hot dog at the waiting area lounge without him "running the numbers".
