    Absolutely.

Biggest hurdle looks like it'll be finding property that's not in some BS neighborhood or HOA, that has a bunch of covenants.

Then to run the numbers on building a small house vs building a large shop with a loft to live in...

Large shop with Loft was my plan, could work with the Covenants areas you see in hills if you toss some home plans in as a phase 2 (which may or may not ever happen...)

currently what I am looking at been tough to find land, unless you plan on leaving way east or north or way south basically.

Try Coal Creek Canyon (CO 72, west from where Charles is at) for land, probably will end up costing just as much if you run Electrical, etc. But you could break it up build wise.

Yeah I won't be buying near the front range!

I'd rather have cheaper land, better access to mountains and Utah and less people. :D

There were even some large properties up by me in Golden Gate Canyon but the covenants sucked on the ones I saw.

Had a co-worker move to Hartsel a few years back, his wife had gotten the job running their (Park County) 911 call center. Very inexpensive but then Economy was in toilet too. Jefferson might be better for you and close to 4x4 trails too.

I've got full rear suspension...or will soon as I get the Dakar's on. Also have the full front stock suspension as well. Rear bumper might be available once I get Jake going on my HC. That will hopefully be not long after the first of the year.

So if I can get a Order of six sets of bolt on slider brackets it’ll be roughly
$90 for a pair of brackets and the price to bend them (guessing 40ish a pair).

So roughly $120-140 a set for bolt on slider brackets
