2012 tacoma radio/ac panel lights

so my buddy has a 12’ tacoma and has some electrical issues. When he turns his headlights on, the gauge cluster lights come on and so
Does the radio. But the radio buttons and ac control panel lights do not. Any idea on what fuse it could be? Thanks In advance. also the 2 outlets below still work.

 

My 2009 has an aftermarket in dash, so I'm unsure about the lighting to that piece. But my lights were out in the climate control panel when I bought the truck and there are two small lights on the back of the panel that needed replacement and it fixed that issue. So maybe the small bulbs, or the connection itself has gone bad.
