Reload tons of stuff, probably most proud of my two favorite shotgun loads. I melt, pour and cast my own slugs and round balls for 12ga, (the area I live in restricts deer hunting to slugs, no rifle). So I make Lee key way slugs and trim wads to fit them http://leeprecision.com/bullet-casting/bullet-slug-mold/ these are very accurate out of my slug guns, have taken deer out to 125yds with HS-6
My other is my round ball slugs https://www.midwayusa.com/product/765933/lee-1-cavity-bullet-mold-690-diameter-round-ball that are less accurate but utterly devasting under 50 yards....
    Other than that I cast 38, 9mm, 10mm, 40, 357, 45, 7.62, 7.92, any 30 cal, 7mm, 6.5, 12 gauge, all manner of crazy things to stuff in shotshells....
If you are near Pittsburgh and need lead....let me know....seriously

I load for the guns I shoot a lot. Primarily .223, 9mm and 12g. .223 match I load because it's just super expensive to shoot in large quantities. 300 Win Mag and 22-250 It's important to tailor to the gun they will be shot out of. Plus, the whole process of working those up and chronoing is a lot of fun if you like the numbers and ballistics aspect of shooting. If I were to shoot a .50AE or .450 SOCOM, or even 300BLK I would most certainly load it. If I need hunting ammo, I would just buy that.

Thanks guys, decided on just getting the new brass stuff.

On another note I'm moving my "gun bench" from one room to another (and moving the safe to the same room). Holy crap I had stuff I didnt know I had. Also had way more brass in certain calibers than I realized I had. And had more "prepped" brass than I remember having. So its kind of nice as Im cleaning, reorganizing, making a sell pile, and discarding a lot of stuff. Amazing how much stuff one accumulates. I have probably 30 different allen wrenches in a bag than I dont use since i have t-handle allen wrenches lol.

Tumbler stopped working last nite. Was cleaning some 300 wsm brass I got on a trade. Found a wire broke off from the years of vibrations.

My "mass" produced 223 load is a hornady 55gr FMJ-BT, wolf small rifle primer, lake city once fired brass, with WC844 powder @24.5gr load. I say mass produced cause its done on a dillon 550b and cases arent all the same lengths or anything like that.

But, the load tends to shoot ~MOA in the AR's I own and my dad own. Which arent really anything fancy, Rainier Arms barrel and PSA uppers.

WC844 is pretty hard to find and is a surplus military powder so dont go off my load. The commercial variant is H335.

Reload when you shoot Large magnum rifles. Or need consistency for long range shooting. If you use High quality components Bullets, Brass, Primers and Powder there isn't cost savings that people wish to achieve with reloading ammo. Sure you can mass produce and stock pile all calibers you have but for the most part its still cheaper to by factory ammo for any crap in the AR variety or pistols. Large magnums is where you save money. Example 338-378 WBY is close to $8.00 a shot. Reloading it I was able to get it down to under $4.00 a shot. But I also work @ Nosler Bullets Inc. so i get a fair deal on reloading supplies.

I'm only running a single stage press. The only loading I plan to do for the AR is varmint/ predator loads. I'm not much in the mood to spend $200 on 5 or 6 different factory loads to find one when I have all the components.

Depends on what you're looking for?
Pm me what youre looking for and I'll take a look and see.
The shooters pro shop is separate from the Nosler showroom we have here in Bend. If the SPS has it in stock that doesn't mean the Showroom does.
