yesterday i went for a long drive with my newly installed hid fogs and head lights, that i like very much. Aparently i didnt press hard enuff on the drivers side ballest, causing it to fall down and drag until getting ripped of. now ths upset me very much, and what has me so pleased with ddm is that with one phone call and no real dispute they agreed to send me a new ballest at no charge to me. so THANK YOU DDM

I agree, DDM is definitely a great company, I too have their HID kits and use them off-road a lot. Not to mention their kits are so cheap with a lifetime warranty.

Nice. I am glad they are taking care of their customers to balance out the bad customer service they gave out a couple months ago.

When you pay extra for 2-day or express, don't expect it to get there in... 2 or 3 days. Remember that there is HANDLING and PROCESSING time.

For me DDM was great to work with. I wasn't real happy with the double sided tape that they ship with the units as it wasn't strong enough and both ballasts fell off within a few days. I had to purchase stronger tape and re-install. They shipped quickly and was great to work with when I had an installation issue with the bulbs being installed upside down. I can't blame them for my bad installation skills, can I?
