As I approach 180K miles I want to put together a list of all the items I should replace on the engine. Here's what I have so far, which is based on what I did at 90K miles:
    1) Cam belt
    2) Spark plugs
    3) Spark plug leads
    4) V-belt
    5) Oil change
    6) Clean air filter
    7) PCV valve

    New items?
    8) drain and refill coolant?
    9) drain and fill power steering fluid?

Coolant should be changed at least every 5 years (if you go by the currently available coolants). Probably better every 2-3 years just to be safe. The coolant loses its ability to prevent corrosion even though it will still cool the engine fine.

Change the thermostat while you're at it. I recommend paying a little extra and getting a Toyota thermostat.

You could check your valve clearances. They are probably still good at 180k, but just to be safe and avoid a burnt valve if they happen to be out of spec.
