Cv joint rubbing against coil, why?

    Ok well I'll probably try the welding idea, haven't welded in 2 years, but I can probably have a friend do it for me

    Weld some fix it washers on as described or replace the LCA. Make sure to use the correct size bolt. No slop whatsoever in the mount.

    If that bolt was too small I'd also be concerned about damage to the spherical bearing or misalignment spacers in the shock.

    I'd get some weld washers (fix it washers) and try that first. If the hole is fine, make sure the misalignment spacers are on right. I know Icons have a short spacer and long spacer.

    699D89EE-61DB-4DC6-91E4-4B995614F347.jpg 09E64764-D2D8-456E-90FA-3D1AD2152309.jpg Forgot to take a pic, but I decided to just buy a new lca after all this time, the old lca was in un-usable amd was rubbing into my shocks, I put it in 2 nights ago, and all is good, control arm was like 150$, so not too bad
