    There’s more Arby’s employees than coal employees. I think the total number of workers in the coal industry is less than 75k from recent data. IMO people who rest on their laurels and assume their jobs will be around despite a changing economic environment deserve a wake up call.

    Have to assume that you mean in the States, as their are at least fifty thousand directly employed by the coal mining industry in Australia alone.

    Whatcha gonna replace coal with ? The only viable option we have at his point is nuclear. Wind is a joke, solar is an even bigger joke, so where's it gonna come from ?
