sounds like another successful day. Newborn held me out from making it down. I had nothing major planned for the truck but would be nice to put some faces to some names. till next time.

I had to do something, since I was just standing around watching leaf springs rotate (in all honesty I feel like I am done with leafs, so I couldnt bring myself to touch them again, too many swaps of my own).

Poor guy. You should celebrate so he associates broken bones with ice cream or something.

Actually, I wonder if that's such a good idea?

You're welcome, glad to help. I love wrenching on our trucks. Wish I knew more than just how to do suspension, CVs, and electrical though. I want to learn how to do engine and transmission stuff. Ain't nobody got time for that though with a full time job and a new wife. Haha.

So who here has that link for the strip to cover the cut fenders on Amazon? Someone was talking about it at mod day.

Hey guys and especially MJ, thanks so much for kicking me the tip,jar I didn't know this was happening!!! Every bit helps and i have been overwhelmed with kindness. I wanted to come to mod-day again as last time I didn't arrive til the afternoon and missed the chance to meet some folks and put faces to names. My life is topsy-turvy right now as you can imagine and dang it if my parts shelf wasnt lost in the firestorm. A phone mount from @Moogle , bumpstop strikeplates from @jberry813 and a grill craft insert hand-me-down that was @tacomgee 's via @T4RFTMFW were all lost. Was planning on installing a brake controller and the list goes on. Hey, perhaps everyone can learn from my misfortune. Install those parts!!!! Another lesson learned? Digitize your analog photo collection. :(

    Thanks again, Auggie

    Was wondering how you’re doing.

You still needing any supplies? Home cooked meal?

I'm doing Ok , had a rough one when I realized on Sunday that my life photo collection was lost. Digitizing the 50 or so pics that really mattered to me from the shoebox of 100's (1000's?)of photo prints in the closet was on a list of things I had planned to do at some point. Pics of travels as a young man, group family photos from gatherings, sole pics of loved ones no longer with us, stuff like that.

    DIGITIZE YOUR PHOTOS!
wish I had. Learning daily to accept things and to let go.
