I have reset my tpms on my 2017 sr5 due to in accurate readings. After I rest the system I am no longer getting anything. How do I fix this, i reset only because I went from 16 inch to 17 inch rims with 285/70 tires. If anyone has a solution please let me know

It's in the manual. You have to drive over 25 mph for at least 10 minutes.

So I just have to drive the truck to get the TPMS sensors to detect the tire pressure on the gauge screen? Or does that no longer work after changing tires?

It should work as long as the sensors were put into the new tires.

Mine never started again after the first rotation. The yellow dash light is out. I have the "Steel" sensors in alloy wheels and are flipped 180 so mine is a different situation. Toyota got them working once but quit after the first rotation.

Page 465 of the manual (2016).

I haven't had a chance to drive that far in one trip, but I will this weekend, so I'll keep an eye on it and see if it starts to read tire pressure again. If not, I'll have to take it back to the tire shop and see if they did put the sensors back in or not.

PS: Gotta love the search bar!
