    Stretch it out!!!

    Dude, my leg hurts so bad

    Got nailed on my bike about two years ago

    Slammed the frame right into the inside of my right leg

    Was a massive deep black bruise for months (about the size of a watermelon)

    I never got it checked out and it never stopped hurting

    But this cold weather really makes the pain flare up

    I need to go get it checked out sometime very soon

    Wow man! That sucks! Mine is all self-inflicted! I will stretch it out today for sure and probably take some more advil. Im down to ride though still. Just may need to turn the speed down :)

    HAHA! Well, we can do a shortened section of LPSR on this one. If we turn on Alderwood and then stick to the trail that parallels William Canon, we can catch that mostly downhill all the way to SATN. Then take that over to Whirlpool Cave. I found a better end section to this that pops us out on Convict Hill without having to dodge the large construction equipment we have seen multiple times under the bridge there. Then over to the Valero trail to Indian Grass Prairie Reserve and finally to SVNA.

    Im gonna be sloooooow af today :)
