Noob looking to purchase first taco!

Hi all,

I need some feedback on whether I should purchase this tacoma I found in toronto. Is it a good deal? I'm only 20 years old and don't have that much money, so I want to make sure I don't over pay.(Price is in canadian dollars)

Also is there any Canadian out there that know how it works to buy a truck in Ontario and registering it in Quebec? Am I going to have to pay the PST in both provinces?

i got the same truck for 14k american dollars with less than half the mileage.

I had a feeling the price was a little high, they just told me that they reduced the price by 1500$. Ill just keep looking for another truck.
