Seized by bike during a race at glen helen a little over a month ago
have been looking at used cylinder on ebay and have been able to find some nicer used ones for a decent price but would like to clean them up a bit. My question is does anyone know of a place that hones cylinders? any input would be great.

Feel the cylinder very carefully for nicks and scratches, run your fingernail inside the sleeve, it will catch on stuff eyes can’t see... Hones can be purchased to attatch to a drill, along with oil for honing.
Or at worst send it to L.A. Sleeve for repair, they do great work.

I think I had millennium technologies send me a new cylinder and I sent in a core and I was really happy with the service and turnaround too. Precision concepts in riverside might know where to send you, I hear good things. Have talked to the owner and also have friends who have gotten their rebuilds done there and are super happy with the turn around and service.
