Rad build man! What did you use as trim on the cut edges of your fenders?

i honestly cant link you to something online because i picked these up at my topper supply when i was looking for new seals. They are about a 1/4 in tall tho and look more heavy duty compared to what ive seen.

they look like this after looking at a few of them on google

Ha! I just ordered those from Amazon! Thanks man, I think they look good. Did you use anything extra to keep them on or do they hang on pretty well?

no they will hold pretty damn good on their own. if they are the same ones, it will take some force to get them on the plastic fenders.

How in the heck are you running your air bags with your Expo leafs?! I have the same setup and trying to reinstall my air bags, but the space between the Daystar cradles and the bottom of the bag is minimal. If I install them, putting a very small amount of psi with make contact with the cradle. I'm sure it's fine, just curious on the space you have between the frame (where the air bag bracket attaches and the factory bump stop contact) and the cradle, and what psi you run loaded and unloaded? Thanks

im running 5-8 psi unloaded and this is what it looks like. I have access to a lift so install wasnt an issue for me. I have removed the cradles to tighten the u bolts how i do this is you open the valve and compress the bag in towards the upper frame, should be enough room to slide the cradle in and out. -- i run 5psi or the bag completely sucked up when i wheel to get the extra flex. I have always had my cradles and bags in contact, not an issue. When im towing my a frame trailer i bump it up to 15. Let me know if you have further questions

Dude, that's perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. That's how I'll set mine up. I was loaded down pretty heavy last week on my way to Santa Fe. Had a RTT, my shell, Bedslide and probably another 200# of gear, for a total somewhere in the neighborhood of 4-500#. My Expos lost about 3/8"-5/16" of lift height. Gotta say, I expected a little more out of them, loaded and unloaded. That's why I'm adding the air bags back. I love the way I sit when I'm unloaded with just the shell and Bedslide and about 100# of everyday tools. That being said, the ride is very plush, and overall I'm pleased, just expected a little more lift with them when loaded. I do still need to add my 3 degree shims (slight vibe at 60-63 mph) which will give me that added 3/8"-5/16" that I lost initially. Thanks for your help. Happy trails

Of course! I don't really get how they do invest that much money for an expensive trip like this that will give no income lol Sponsors only?
