    I tried some of this Melatonin last night.
    Couldn't wake up.
    My wife wanted me to try 5 but I told her 10 is better. Kinda the 350 or 454 comparison.
    Probably should have went with the small block.

    Just woke up a few min ago and I could have easily slept until 1300hrs , even went to bed early at 0030hrs !! . Those kids wore me out yesterday and being in the warm weather and not drinking any water didn't help , even noticed I got a good sun burn on the face

    Today is watching NASCAR then the World Series game 5
