Trd Sema Wheels

So i was thinking of getting the TRD Black Sema wheels and pair them up with some Mickey Thompson MTZ's at 285/70/17. Is it possible to fit 33's on this wheel? More so that they are 17/7 and apparently the MTZ are for 7.5-9'?
