My 95 V6 with 115k sits 2 inches lower in front than in the rear. I've been looking at Bilstein 5100s, but I'm afraid the 1.25 wont be enough lift, and 2.5 will be too harsh.
Now I'm looking at OME 881s, but don't know if I need to replace shocks with them. Additionally, should I replace the bushings as well? I would like to get about 3 inches of lift in front, and add a block in the rear.

What size tires are you planning on running? Just curious if that's why you have 3" as the number in your head for how much lift you want.

If you're going to replace some suspension components it's probably easiest to just get new shocks and coils at the same time - try to avoid blocks in the rear and go with a 3 leaf add-a-leaf or a new leaf pack if you can.

Sorry, it has 31x10.50's, not really planning on going bigger.

The 881's won't get you a full 3" in the front - you'd need either the 882's or maybe Eibach springs if you want to lift it that high. But honestly I'd recommend maybe not going quite so high if you aren't planning to get bigger tires - the 31's will look pretty small on that much lift. As stated above, avoid blocks in the rear if you can. Now would be a good time to replace your shocks as well - OME Nitrochargers or Bilstein 5100's are good options.

I can't tell if you're 4x4 or not, but if you are then your cv joint boots will rub and wear through if you go higher than a modest 2.5" lift. If you need more clearance for bigger tires you could do an additional 1" body lift, but since you're planning on staying with 31's (let's say 33's :stirthepot:) you should be fine without one.

I think I'm leaning towards the 5100's and see where it ends up with 1.25. Is 2 inches lower in front normal, or are the shocks worn out?

3" Toytec spacers, Bilstein 5100s in the back with add a leaf and overloads removed.
5100s, 881s and 10mm spacer got me to 3" of lift. Mines a prerunner though

I'm also confused about the 5100's and OME, some say do it, some don't.

A lot of people recommend ome nitrocharger shocks with ome springs. The ome springs are a linear type spring and the nitrochargers are valved for the linear springs. Bilstein 5100 are valved for oem springs that are a progressive type spring. Some on TW run bilstein with ome springs and are fine with the ride but for the best ride i would match springs and shocks together.

I think the decision between bilstien and OME shocks is mainly preference. Can't go wrong with either

I agree with what's been mentioned above...

The 5100's are slightly less expensive if I remember correctly, but the Nitrochargers were designed specifically to be paired with the OME coils. One thing to note is that if you do end up going with the 5100's, then make sure the clip is on the lowest setting (0").

Something to consider OME shocks 3 year warranty/60k and Bilsteins are liftetime for original buyer. Could be a breaker for some!

Do you have hub to fender measurements? I’m considering that same setup.
