Just got a set of tires that I might not have put on until December. Is it detrimental to store them in the garage during the winter? Definitely not going to get hot or humid in there, but could get down into the low 30s or mid 20s soon.

And Nitto fans? I’ve heard the ridge grappler‘s are awesome but they don’t come in P metric which is what I’m looking for in 265/70 R 17. The Terra grappler G2 has my attention. Any reviews? I’m mostly on road.

So if a vendor A advertises "price matching" is it unethical/unreasonable to have said vendor price match vendor B wheel prices and vendor C tire prices? Any thoughts or opinions welcome.

3" lift kit. 17" wheels and tires, custom grill, full technology package, Early model running boards, Push bar.
Hey guys, I have determined based upon my own vehicle lift and wheels, etc, the best tire size ideally for me is:
    33x10.5-17.
I see this size listed in all the tire charts with specs but when I go to source and find them for sale, cant find anywhere and there is NO metric equivalent with the same specs.

I've bought the Treadwright Wardens and Treadwright Guarddogs for my last 2 sets of tires. Both have been great products and lasted about 40k miles each. This time around I'm looking to go a bit milder since my commute got longer this year. I'm thinking the Continental TerrainContact AT in 285/75/16. I've read really good things about them, I just hope they look good too!

It really depends on how much you off road. The Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S and LT are nice tires. The Falken Wildpeak AT3W is another good tire with excellent reviews on here. Both will hold their own off road (for an AT tire) and have good highway manners. Welcome to TW and happy 4th.

I am a tire a wheel novice and would really appreciate your help. I have a 2017 Tacoma double cab SR5 4x4 with 245\75R16 tires and want to go to a taller tire and 17" wheels. Will a P255\75r17 on 17X8 with 25mm offset fit on my truck? Will I need a lift? Do I need a wheel with a different offset?

    Thanks,
    Robert

Anyone try out the Dueler Revo 3's? I'm torn between those and the Cooper AT3s. I had the Revo 2's and liked them because they we're quiet, no change in mpg and are lasting long but need replacing soon.

This is for a stock 06 TRD Sport DCLB. I will be using 95-99% on road, I know sad and planning to go to the snow up in Tahoe only a few times a year. But like most would like a tire that looks a little more aggressive than stock and maybe go off road one of these days .

Looking for new tires for my 2014 Extended cab 2WD Tacoma. Mostly paving, sometimes gravel. I do have a pair of snow tires, but considering all season tires. Consumer's Guide has General Altimax RT43 as first choice, and Michelin Defender T + H second choice. Anyone have experience or suggestions? Hope to change to 'new shoes' before winter here in Iowa. Altimax has less noise but easier roll resistance, Michelin has less noise but average roll resistance. Comments welcome.
