I've searched and read several threads, but have not found enough information to answer my questions, so apologies if this information if already on a thread ... If so, I couldn't find it.

I recently upgraded my in dash tweeters, front door 6x9's, and rear door speakers. I did the same Kicker upgrade that a lot of 3rd Gen owners have done and is discussed in many threads. Love the results!

That said, I'm playing around with the idea of installing a sub-woofer and was hoping that someone could provide a little bit of info. I'm not trying to wake up the neighborhood or break any glass, just want to add an inexpensive/ easy-to-install upgrade.

That said, this Kicker 11HS8 Hideaway self-powered sub looks like it might do the trick: https://www.crutchfield.com/S-9g3jWMmUaSQ/p_20611HS8/Kicker-11HS8.html

    Or perhaps this option: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_206TRT104/Kicker-CompRT-43TCWRT104.html

Anyone have one of these that could offer an honest review?

I'm looking for a simple to install solution that won't break the bank (let's say $250 or less) and deliver decent improvement to the overall "sound stage" ... not looking to rattle my teeth loose ;)
