    If you have the ability to build one, just remove your bumper, start from scratch and mock one up from cardboard. Use those measures and build an original artwork of your own creation. If it comes out nice and others like it, you can choose to share your measures with people wanting to build one.

    I highly doubt anyone would give those freely, as they took lots of time and money to create. If you have the tools and skill to build something like that, why wouldn't you just take the measurements yourself? That is a huge part of the process. Or at least buy one and copy it(lazy way), that way the original designer will get something out of it.
