Help with Bestop, am I crazy!?

I’m going to try this here since it didn’t get any traction in the camper section. I ordered a bestop bed cap on eBay as a birthday present to myself. Got everything installed and went to zip on the side windows and hit a major snag. Driver side went on no issue then I go to the passenger side and I’m stumped: the zippers appear to be on backwards:


That is the rear passenger side, as you can see both the cover and window panel have zippers. Is that even possible!? You can also see the zipper head on the window panel is on backwards.

The front zipper is missing a zipper head on both the main cover part and the window panel:


As I said, the driver side went on without issue. It is installed with the small window facing front and the larger window toward the rear of the truck. It clearly doesn’t line up any other way than how I have it installed. I’ve pulled the rear window and driver side panels so I can at least drive to work tomorrow.

I just need to confirm I’m not losing my mind before I call the retailer (4WD Hardware).

 

Call the dealer you bought it from and ask them,not a lot of guys here have the top you bought.
