Sorry dude, but I have had nothing but bad experiences at Bayside. They were on my 2nd Gen Tacoma. Loose oil drain plug after oil change. It was finger tight. Then I gave them another chance and they left an empty oil quart container (used as a catch for oil filter oil) under the oil filter drain nipple. Ended up getting oil all over my engine compartment when my belt rubbed a hole in the bottom. Could have ended much worst. That was Baysides last chance.

Mpg doesn't mean a thing to me my daily commute is 18 miles or walkout to my driveway if I bring my work truck home

I guess I was more so referring to the width. On paper it's not a big jump, but side by side it's a pretty considerable difference. I was worried about not liking the tall and skinny either, but I just went for it. So many pros to it, with the main one being how cheap they are. Mine were $185 a piece shipped to me.

True but how much did it cost you to mount and balance them which is something else I'm battling ordering online or going to a tire shop and getting something in stock

It was like $100 IIRC. No TPMS makes it cheaper.

Check for the "pink milkshake" too. My buddy just bought this 2000 with 163k on it for 2 grand. He took my recommendation and he installed a external trans cooler right away to eliminate the chances of the pink milkshake.

Amazon, and they're about $75. Just runs off propane. They're safe for indoor use but I'm going to have a carbon monoxide detector in there juuuust in case.

No offense taken man. Trust me everywhere has there issues and shit has happened to me and I work there!!!! If you are getting mechanical work done not just your simple oil change etc. we have over 200 years of experience combined just in the Toyota side. They know what they are doing. The oil changers (quick lube) everywhere, not just Bayside, are hit or miss. You get one real good one that wants to work and does the job and one half ass guy. Real sorry to hear that happened man but trust me when I say you aren’t alone and we handled it each time if you brought to the attention of the service writer/manager. They striped the skid plate bolts on my truck this paste oil change but the kid didn’t tell anyone until I was walking through the shop after my oil change and he just handed me my skid plate and said here you go this is for your truck..... that was his second day...... got them tapped and fixed but still I get it..... We strive to be the absolute best and for the most part get Damn close but like everywhere there are mishaps.... if you ever give us another chance, let PM me and I’ll be sure the TW bro gets taken care of.
