2006 Tacoma shuts off

    I have a 2006 Tacoma sport. I had the frame replaced in the spring and now I am having issues with it shutting off while driving or idling. I also have water leaking into the passenger side foot well that developed after the frame install. The shutting down seems related to the water issue as it starts to happen after a rain event.
    I have had it back to the dealer twice and each time it would not do it. I have removed the glove box and the lower kick panel to try to find where the water is getting in but no luck. None of the wire harnesses look wet down there.

    Has anyone else had an issue like this after a frame replacement?
