I'm a bit surprised to see this thread pop up, the last we heard from you was back at the end of September regarding the forgotten Jerry can holder and skid bolts. while it seemed you were expectedly not thrilled with those issues at the time after waiting longer than expected for the order I thought we worked things out with those issues by building and packing the Jerry can holder the next day and shipping it the following day and discussing and figuring out the bolt issue, and you were otherwise happy with the armor. I completely understand being upset with the wait of 7 months, and we do apologize for that length of wait. It seems there was some sort of misunderstanding on the length of the wait as April would have definitely been out of the question at 8 weeks, I believe the site had 16-18 weeks listed at the time of order + 2 to 4 weeks on the tire carrier. We always try to be as upfront as possible with our wait times on our products but they do vary with unexpected situations of losing employees, or having a health issue, equipment/supplier hiccups, etc. I'm sure you know this though, and I know we could stand to try and communicate it a bit better in the future which we will try to implement if a similar situation arises with future orders. We do our best to answer all phone calls but some do go by as missed, Brittony is the only one taking calls and answering emails. From you call logs it looks as though some calls were during lunch or after hours leading to those being missed, but had you left a voicemail we would have returned your call the same day.

I started Relentless Fabrication when I was 20 and going to college for Mechanical engineering, I have no formal business background; no decades of experience working for large companies, etc. Everything I've done has been learned over the years and I(and we as a company) are ever learning and trying to improve things. Perhaps we have too many products and customizations available bogging us down, we do not mass-produce our bumpers as some companies in the industry do, we make them in our shop. We've always tried to be a bit different in that way, allowing and welcoming certain customizations but maybe we've outgrown that and need to relook at our company and the way we build and offer our parts now that we have higher demand than in the first years of Relentless Fabrication.

I wanted to also address your claims of being laughed at on the phone and walked away from at expo- I personally don't recall those situations and do not believe I would have acted in those ways, especially to a customer. Those actions are simply not how I am as a person and especially not a way that is professional to treat a customer so I sincerely apologize if I came across like that. It was never my intent and you never should have felt like that, I wish you had said something at the time so it didn't become an issue down the road. I'm a bit of an introvert so shows like Expo west can be a bit overwhelming with how much is going on, but try to be as helpful and friendly as possible to all of my current and potential customers and I wish I could have left a better impression at the show.
If there is anything else I can do to help make the situation better for you feel free to PM or email me.

Completely false- Tim never worked for me. He was a college friend for 2 years that burned me and then I moved out of state before any of the issues with him and his group buy of his products. There was a brief time early on where he and I discussed being partners but he wanted to do his own thing and then stole from me as well. That particular situation has nothing to do with me or Relentless just to be clear.

I really like your work Eric. I also think your response was very professional. Its a small community and I think we all appreciate that companies are doing their best to put out fantastic products that allow us to do what we love to do. Seems like a lot of miscommunication here, and some lessons learned. Cheers

I have bought from Relentless a coupe of times now. First was when they had their black friday sale. I got a u bolt flip kit and a hi-lift base. Purchasing while they had a big sale, I know I was getting into a long wait period before anything shipped. I sent an email because I had a question and Eric was quick to respond. I just purchase a second time this week, an antenna bracket and that shipped within 2 days. So my over all experience has been good with Relentless. This ship accordingly/ very well packaged and when I did have questions they were answered immediately. Just wanted to put out some good vibes for Relentless. Thanks
