Managed to find a large rock while we were on the Hillcomb Valley trail last night! Did minor exterior damage to the uprights, glad we went with steel @jeffz0rz This bumper is bulletproof!!!

Anybody know approximately how much the stealer will charge to re-calibrate the speedo if I have them mount bigger tires for me? Since my taco is still really new I do not want to take a change and will probably have them mount them too.

    Thank you in advance!

So much Fluid Film. I swear, if this truck rusts...

I coated inside the box sections as well with the 360° wand and some spray cans for good measure.

I’d be interested in knowing how well those ICON LCA guards hold up after making friends with a large rock. I’m sure they’re bulletproof, but the stock LCAs seem pretty solid too.

Doesn't your tailgate have a locking mechanism by the handle?

There's also a way to lock/unlock your tailgate via the remote, it's on here somewhere.

Snow tires on. Hopefully by the time it's time to take them off I'll have enough put away to get BFGs on my black TRD faux beadlocks.

Then comes the question of what wheels to use for winter. 3G OR, 2G OR, black spare steel wheels? I'll end up selling whatever I don't use. Smart money is to sell the 3G wheels since they'll be worth the most but I like them more than I car to admit.

I go every 6 months which comes out around 5k miles. I could easily go longer, but I also need to rotate the tires, so makes it an easy one time in the shop visit for me.

If you put a good synthetic oil in, you should easily be able to get up >10k miles per oil change.

I have got to update by opening the weather app to full screen then minimize it, then open it again and it will start searching for nearest weather, otherwise it resets about every 30 minutes.

My old 2005 Tundra with the V8, changed it every 10k miles its whole life! Don't have it anymore but its working on 200K and still runs great! No oil usage at all, none! Every 10K is fine in my book! Also easy to remember when it's due 10, 20 30K...... miles! Lol

Put the headliner back in by myself. Removed the driver seat to make it possible.

Quite a bitch manhandling that thing back through the doors. I don't recommend it.
