So how do you guys think I should play this? Go to court and request driving school for a Saturday or pay the ticket and take my chances with insurance finding out

 

Bruh I've never even been pulled over. Except that one time at 3am on the way to work. Thought I was drunk. Was trying to unwrap a breakfast burrito...

 

I should note the cop didn’t scan my insurance, he just looked at the piece of paper I had

I was 1 point away from losing my license as a teenager. Couple of 70+’s in 55 and a nice big 94 in a 65. Those were all in a Nissan Sentra and Dodge D50. Both were 4 cylinders.

You can call the court and request defensive driving school well before the court date. I would do the school if they allow.

I think I’m gonna try and request the defensive driving school, I just don’t want a ticket on my record because of insurance. If they won’t do it then I’m just gonna pay the ticket and pray to god insurance doesn’t find out about it

 

first ticket? id pay fine. dont waste a way out.

saturday ha! ive been twice and its a couple hours in the middle of week. in the jurisdiction you get pulled over in. iirc 4 years min between offense.


id pay it lesson learned.

 

cops dont report it to insurance automatically.

 

this was lc earlier. shes losing it over a speeding ticket
