Yep, she hated the last guy so I apparently inherited that as well. So that means she hates me 2x as much. She is an extremely unreasonable person to say the least.

Oh, the Sheriff was no help... they hate neighbor disputes as much as family fights. I have funny restraining order stories, too.
Believe me, you are doing well by pretending to be her friend and not showing anger. You are denying her what she wants!

She had a history of terrorizing all who owned that house, we would learn.
In the end, we got out of the purchase because that crazy lady was NOT DISCLOSED by the seller!

She killed your dog? That would have drove to do something really really bad....the wrath of Hellfire would be unleashed with its full fury upon her.

And yeah Im just keeping my cool, best course of action at this point, until I block her out anyway. Then I wont be able to see her anymore. I cant wait!

This woman (if we can call her that, more like devil) sounds like an absolute nightmare.

What time do you want people over to help on Sunday? I'll be there :muscleflexing:

We couldn't prove it. We came home one day and the dog was gone... a hole under the fence that wasn't there before. From her yard, he could have wandered out to the street, so we had no way to blame her... but we knew. It got ugly. As I am trying to say, you can't pick your neighbors so just get along or else hell will be your life. Bring the bitch cookies, whatever. Remember SHE is the mental case, not you. Feel sorry for her miserable life that she needs to harass you for her drama.

I plan on being there Sunday afternoon. Probably around 2:00 or so. Remember the time change is on Sunday so it will be getting dark at around 5ish...

bamboo, plant a line of bamboo down that fence line. It grows fast and tall and looks good if you take care of it.

@scottalot is a certificated bamboo guru. There are different species that grow faster and wilder than others. Hopefully he can chime in.

@Speed Freek hey J - In ground water diversion is far more effective than above ground ( ie: the blocks you mentioned ) because water will always find away to erode under, go over or go around etc. A simple 18" deep V shaped ditch placed properly along the fall line of the slope will be far more effective. Also, when trying to control water don't focus on where the problem is focus on controlling or minimizing the flow uphill before the problem area occurs. IE: instead on focusing on one long flow line and where the problem is area is pooling break the flow up and divert it in multiple places uphill. When I come by to finish the master cyl upgrade I can walk the slope with and provide some input if you want / need it.

So as far as Sunday morning is concerned I am thinking around 10am? Im gonna get a 2 man posthole digger tomorrow after I get done working with a 6" auger bit, I already measured them off at 10' O/C. Will be 15 holes down the side and a few more going into the forest, lol.
And Ill figure something out for a gate...might use something temporary till I build my Custom American flag gate.

I told her what I do and she didnt even seem to care, but I'm not really sure, not sure how to read her at this point yet, she is random and panicky, not a good combo, she told me that I couldnt do all the work I need to do fast enough and I should hire some "Day laborers", WFT. lol. I said F-that I'll do it myself, she totally underestimates what I am capable of..but it is what it is and I just deal with it day by day at this point!

It certainly seems that way to me, she almost seems a bit jealous in some regard.

Awesome, 10ish or whenever works for you, whenever you can make it is just fine bud. Thanks!!

Awesome Dirk, thanks man! See ya then!

I'll take it, always a good thing getting extra input for sure. I already dug a V grove behind my shop area to help the water stay off her concrete that will divert it downhill and to the sewer, if all goes well we will have some good flow so that should hopefully reduce the probability of a flood, but I would love your ideas ,that would be great.

Wow, didnt know it could pull up so easily, hmm. My last place had it and it took over everything!! It was Pretty much Godzilla in plant form.

I'd love to know where the best place is to get it!

Can anyone recommend a local shop that can do an ARB Snorkel and possibly OME Dakar install on a 2017? Preferably sooner rather than later.

I’m from Seattle but in the IE/LA/SD area for a bit so have no idea what the local shops are.
