Hey guys, when I first bought my truck (also my first vehicle) I had no idea it had a body lift, and to be honest I didn't know the difference between a body and suspension lift. I just thought it looked good even being able to see between the frame and can. I now drive 50 miles to and from work ( mostly highway) and I'm beginning to notice how rough and terrible ride it is. I'm planning to get rid of the body lift or get a smaller one to be able to run my 35s if need be. I was looking at the icon vehicle dynamics stage 2 kit, and at total chaos uca since I read they are made specifically to correct alignment issues. Is this a step in the right direction? Should I consider anything else? Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you

If you want 35's prepare to tub your firewall. Here's some builds with them:

Rather than the icon setup I'd look at Kings and the BAMF rear shock relocation. You could probably get a good deal on a new rear leaf pack to give you some lift in the rear too - Black Friday is your friend:

    Pretty much stock right now
I've no experience with what you are looking at, but would lose the body lift and go suspension all the way.

Get rid of that body lift even if you have to get rid of the 35's and scale it back to 33's ;)

I think it's a Tacoma, let me go check again...
*Cracks knuckles* Where do I begin?
    Front:
(since you already mentioned it) Total Chaos UCAs or if you want to save a little cash then Camburg UCAs.
Icon stage 2 coil overs (if you do mostly street driving and light off roading)
Kings coil overs if you do a lot of off roading.

    Rear:
    Dakar leaf pack
ICON or King shocks depending on the application.

Before you buy ANYTHING look around through TacomaWorld and see what works best for your application. Learn the difference (if you don't already know) between digressive and progressive shocks because ICON is digressive. Depending if you are doing any off-roading then scaling back to 33s instead of 35s could do ya some good. If you want more power, you can always regear which I'd recommend if you keep your 35s.

If you have anymore specific questions, feel free to send me a PM.
