I always had gardens up “north”. No real problems growing just about anything. In Florida they got bugs I never heard of and I’m still trying to kill um. Our growing season is all crazy too. So hot in summer that I stopped trying. Now it’s spring and fall gardening

Trapped a gopher couple days ago. Didn't have any luck early season, had some raised beds which protected my root crops, no issues with them getting the corn or beans. Had hardware cloth around vine crops and tomatoes. Gophers messed with my sunflowers some. These were a couple of my raised beds.

    Evening all:
Probably too new for Duane, think they said 1946! Asking $100, Allentown Pa CL under sporting. I have no clue what it's worth, Duane does! :)
    Pretty neat though!

Too much money. Missing the handle for the pots? Should be $40 to $60 or so I'd say. Bunches of them out there. Of course you're not paying shipping.

Let the pup out the door on Saturday, I got one foot out the door, he was off like a shot. Four deer in the yard. They scattered to the wind.

Semi - but still requires a Tax Stamp because it has the original M1A1 barrel length so it's an SBR.

    Morning all:
    That's great Mike!
It's nice to see or get a critter, but spending time together with your son and enjoying the outdoors is also what it's all about, at least you were with him to help him drag his deer out!
Good luck to both of you on the hunting!
Just thinking, maybe Mark should lend you his new weapon, should be legal in Maine as a semi, bet you would get a lot of stares carrying that around!

 3:30pm: Just looked outside and saw snow flurries mixed with the rain!

Thanks for the clarification. We don't want any NFA problems.

We had an icy coating on things, didn't see snowflakes but it sure was cold enough. Wife was out and about so I warned her that she'd see slippery conditions coming back up the hill to home. Hope everyone stayed safe! The good news is I get to run the new woodstove. The *really* good news is that it lights easily and throws a LOT of heat.

EDIT: Supposed to drop below 20 on Friday! Wow.
