    Hello,
I turned to the fan speed on to level 4 is which max speed, but it isn't blower any air.
Low, 2, and 3 vent speed is working fine. Is it something wrong with my blower? I don't believe is fuse related. Any suggestions?? thank you

    Dirty contacts.

Somewhat common issue. Try a search for more specific DIYs on how to fix.

Type in blower motor fix or blower motor resistor.

Isn't blowing any air as in the fan motor stops or there is none coming from the vents?

Yes it should be plug and play. Although it could still be an issue with the resistor.

^^^ This, although I have my money on the connector to the resistor. On my '09 it was burned pretty good at the terminals at around 25k mi.
