Good morning everybody. Just want to thank you for your prayers for my Dad. He does not have the flu or pneumonia, doctors don't know what he has. He is feeling slightly better, but not where I think he should be. I am fearing he has lymes disease, but I always think the worst case so I am told. So my Son and I went to the cabin yesterday without Dad. After hunting in the AM, we took off the side mower of the JD, pulled some logs in front of where the power company opened our property up to the world. Also pulled in a few trees to be cut for firewood for this season. Now the job @ hand is to get guys over to cut and split. That can be a job in itself! Two guys can't do it all, but they all will show Sunday before opening day of rifle ready to eat! It's tearing Dad apart that he can't be over to help with what needs done, but I am hoping @ least he has joy in the fact Logan and I are stepping up to keep our camp moving forward. Happy Sunday to all!

The new roof is over 8’ but I have some scrap vcrimp from house to use at top so I won’t have to buy 10’s and cut them.

I am up because the lights on a timer came on and the cat was sitting on my chest biting my nose. Did my normal routine. Sit down with my coffee and it is only 0430. Oh crap I missed DST

I don’t like time change. It’ll be dark about the time I get home. Guess it’s time to find stuff to do inside or something. It’s also hunting season and axis are coming in so can’t do anything outside to spook them off.

 

Set the clocks relative to GMT and leave em alone.
