Frame rust in NY - replaced frame only buy?

He's states firm, even though I didn't ask. He's 10 round-trip hours from me. Asked him the send me underbody pics today. Looks very clean otherwise, but note that it has been drivin for 13 years in New England.

 

That's a haul. Farthest I've gone was about 3.5 hours away. And unless there's mass transit, you need two drivers. I've done it both ways. I was also happy with all the tacomas I bought, despite the distance. Of course, right after I bought the third one, there was one for sale in locally that looked good.
