    Just a quick (hopefully) question:

I understand how I am supposed to clean neoprene seat covers. The only step I am confused on is the actual cleaning with neoprene cleaner.

Should I fully submerge the seat covers in the water/cleaner solution or use a towel and hand wipe the seat covers?

You can use a hand towel and leave the covers on the seat
