Taco TRD Pro Tire Question

So I have a relatively stock TRD Pro. I have not adjusted the height at all and have no plans to. I met another Pro owner who was running 285/75/R16 on his truck with no issues - but he said he had no taken it off-road yet. I am wondering if anyone else has tested this config with or without rubbing, as I thought his tire size looked perfect.
