TRD off road MT owners..

Is it just my truck but I can't find the option under settings to unlock All Doors on the head unit. Is this for AT trans only?

 

I have a OR MT. Yes you can.

1. If you go to Apps --> Vehicle --> Vehicle Customization you can change how the fob unlocks the doors. i.e. You can set all doors to unlock upon your hand touching the handle (for keyless entry models)

Do manual transmissions come with fobs?
I just have a regular key.
MT's don't come with keyless entry.
Am I missing something?

 

Semantics... Your regular key is still a "FOB" and yes it's still "keyless entry" in that you just press a button to lock/unlock.

I have an Access cab OR M/T, so not apples to apples.. but I was able to set both doors to unlock with one press. Don't see why you can't.

Have a go at your head unit and figure it out!! Teach a man to fish as they say.

 

I set mine up the same way. One click and all doors open at the same time. Kinda wish I could rig it to unlock the tail gate (Pop & Lock) on a second press.
Probably would have to wire all the other doors to the same signal wire that the drivers door is on, and then attach the tail gate lock to where the other doors used to be.

 

As others have stated, unlocking all 4 doors is definitely possible. I do agree that not having the touch entry on the M/T was a bit of a bummer since I fell in love with it on our Highlander. However, to give your keyed M/T a little cool factor and to wrangle the size of the rigid key/fob, I would recommend converting your key/fob to a flip key. See link below:

Yeah i dont have the "unlock all doors" option...
Am i missing something?

Unchecking '2-press unlock' might do it

 

Ok. it was driving me crazy so i went outside and messed with it.

You have to remove the check mark on "Remote 2 - press unlock"
This enables all doors to open with one press of unlock.
Oh well...its here for reference in case anyone else is wondering why the other option isnt there.
