factory wiring

Newby with a couple questions. I have a 09 SR5 Tacoma. Was wondering if anyone knows if the factory wiring for the back up camera mirror would be in the overhead console of my truck. It has the camera in the tailgate but the plain mirror. I could look, but thought asking someone wiser would be easier! Same question for factory wiring for heated seats? TIA Cheers, Dave

 

Does your mirror have a button that says “Auto” on if? Is so preset when in reverse and the camera should work

 

Unfortunately, no auto button. Just the manual day/night flip thingy. Have a chance to buy oem mirror with back up, just wondering if there is wiring to support it in my truck. Cheers, Dave

 

I had an '09 reg cab with no features and it was wired. All I had to do was get a camera mirror. Yours is probably wired too. You may have to feel around a little for the plug in the headliner as was taped a few inches back.

My 09 SR5 came with working backup camera.
AFAIK were no heated seats in 2nd Gen Tacomas.
