    I just checked, I am filed as married and 0. I hope the mortgage interest helps a lot or I am going to be paying...I calculated how much I have paid in taxes vs the tax rate for my income level and it comes out to just a couple hundred that I might owe. That is before the house so I hope the house will make it break even, that would be awesome!


    I have been seriously considering a hiring a CPA. I am just not sure how to go about it and how to find a good one! I think a good one could end up saving us more than it cost or at least a lot of headache and still break even.

    These are the things that should be taught in college not how to do math with letters.:annoyed:
