    Gauging some interest in a run up to HPR, Sept 23.
    Maybe glamping, exploring and such.
    Not much wheeling but great for a trail ride, hiking, camping, meet and greet, fishing.

    Is the gate permanently closed that separates musterground/bad creek side and the nc side that goes too chesnut mountain? Map shows a permanently closed gate.

    Every park official and ranger I have ever talked to says that gate is always closed. However, I have spoken with individuals on the trails who say they may not always lock them. That is a huge maybe when you might have to back up half a mile on the side of a ridge... Did that.
