Yea man I know many guys who have them. For off road purposes they can get a little jarring if you drive at speed, but def a solid all around shock. What shock are you coming from?

    New rear shoes and drums!

She drives so much better. The new softer shocks are definitely softer than the old shocks.

Thing stops on a dime now too!

    Yay for Maintenence!

nice! I have a @nj636 wheel bearing on deck, as well as a CV seal when another WB goes out. might have a small leak or something? do you have fluid showing anywhere? My pedal was super soft when my rear shoes had no meat left haha.

TC cam tabs are on the list eventually haha

maybe my rear brakes are gone.. but I only have 68k miles. I just ordered the front hard lines. Not seeing any brake fluid leaking. I just bled all of them, and only the driver front had dark fluid.

Boot on the highlift to protect the mechanism from the elements!

Taking the Softopper off for the winter. Last winter the vynal window split a tiny amount, so I'm not trying to do that again! Truck looks naked without the topper!

Had to take the foot off the high lift to fit it with my bedside stiffeners, but she's all there!

Who’s doing your TC Cam Tabs? I’ve had mine sitting in my garage for a year now. Trying to figure out if I can do them myself.

a local friend did mine for $100. He has a lift at his house. Makes it 1000 times better. It is possible to do it at home.

You will need an air hammer and a drill.

I actually have most of the cam bolts, if you are interested in buying. I need to look at my parts list to see what is missing.

What does one have to do to install these TC cam tabs @stairgod ? Would I be able to do this without blowing out my other eye??

    steps are (as I remember):
    disconnect LBJ bolts
    disconnect lower shock bolt
    unbolt LCA bolts

drill out tac welds from cam tabs
use air hammer to get original cam tabs off of frame
    grind smooth
remember the TC Cam tabs have 2 different sizes. One for the front, and one for the rear
weld together TC Cam tabs, grind back smooth. I also put extra welds on the outside of the tabs for more support
hold TC tabs in place, and tac for test fit with bolts.
when in correct position, weld in place.

Over coat LCA bolts with anti-seize. Reinstall LCAs.

    repeat for other side.
