    you get decent life out of them? Tread wear seems to be an issue for some from what i've read

    Yeah, I would agree. Had them on my FJ for about 35k.

    Can’t go wrong with either coopers. I put some ATP’s on my dads 2nd gen and some AT3’s on my 4th gen runner. Both ride smooth and quiet. I went with the AT3’s since they were cheaper. You can also look into Falken Wildpeak AT3 as well. Lots of guys are running those in here with positive feedback. I just got a set for my 1st gen Taco. I just haven’t installed them yet

    Yeah i've heard good things about these too actually... just forgot about them.

    downside to the wildpeaks is they don't come in a 275/70R17 which is what I was looking for.
