Im looking for a Recommendation for a local San Diego shop that can install a URD stage2 clutch with the upgraded sleeve kit or something similar for my 2005 Tacoma 4.0 V6 AC 4x4.

    short story....
Had a chirping clutch when pedal was engaged in neutral or in gear. It would stop chirping when depressed. Had the factory clutch replaced by Miramar transmissions twice because sound returned within warranty and then a 3rd time when they added a a retrofit clutch release bearing from PDM (pic) http://www.pdmusa.com/
This 3rd fix got me well through the warranty but now the sound has managed to come back with a vengeance now chirping when engaged and all the way through depressing the pedal only to stop when fully depressed. Im well out of the Warranty but still its its annoying for it to be making these noises again and want it to be dialed for making road trips.

Also I just left a message for the number on the sticker because of this claim on their website.
"After installing the Transmission Sleeve Kit (TSK) you have eliminated the problem forever! You will notice a smooth, fluid like, feel to the pedal"
    Well see what they say.

    Thanks!

I don't know the info for the Aamco that Dan owns but if someone else can chime in that's a good place to start.

Jason @Speed Freek could most likely do your clutch for you. He is in vista.

Do you know if the shop adjusted your clutch pedal ever? Sometimes that eats up TOB pretty quick.

Yeah I can take care of it, @Win9chun, PM me if you want and I can take care of you or just help you figure out what the next best course of action is.
I'll be back on Sunday eve, but I've done tons of the clutches Stage 3, stock and everything in between including several different types of TB upgrades.
It also helps to apply Moly lube to certain points to avoid any glazing and trouble free use for long term, as well as cleaning and even light sanding in order to create a smooth surface for all metal points to ride on with the proper lubrication, its not as cut and dried as most people think.

I have had great luck with the URD TB upgrade, and have installed tons of them and have yet to hear about them chirping again, but it IS a very common issue on these trucks as you probably know.

Its all about the details, may want to look into getting the URD setup instead, and I can install it as well.

The system is hydraulic so making sure there is no air in the line as well as proper pedal/master engagement is pretty critical with these specific clutches BTW.
