    What's a "crazy" amount of money? You can get a Currie 60 for $4070 with ARB locker/gears/install labor.

    How long have your R&Ps lasted?
    How long do you plan on keeping your truck?
    How much is it costing you to replace them?
    How much is it going to cost in the long run and then compare it to an axle upgrade.

    If you abuse your truck, if it's over GVWR, or if you're running large tires off road you can basically consider the R&P a disposable part. It will fail, it's just a matter of time.

    Will if I sell my old housing this only costed me 500 canadIan dollars .. dana 60 axle is worth like 5-6 grand new here

    That second full axle is in Canada and the price looks relatively better than the US axle. Plus the OP is in Canada, which may be a plus for him.

    wow, rear 60s down here are like 200-400 bucks (used). i would rather have the stronger 14bolt, but those are still cheap too. just huge pumpkins on both.
