I would but I'll be at a wedding... summer/fall weekends book up so fast. I've got the 7-8 open and the 14-15 open right now. I was thinking Harlan the first weekend but things kind of fell apart. Doing Flat Nasty in November is the only firm plans I've got.

If you separated I might be interested in the tires.

Does anyone around the Schaumburg area have access to the Techstream program? My 2012 4X4 DCSB Tacoma has the ABS,Traction Control and Air bag lights on. Trying to figure out the issue without taking it to the dealer.

    Thanks

Do you have an OBD (II) scanner? Those are fairly cheap and tell you the error codes right away.

I don't, but according to my research those will not help me with my issues. Apparently only the techstream program can help.

Yeah I'm not positive that the scanner can read that other info, good luck with that, stay away from the stealership if you can!

My neighbor owns a mechanic shop here in Park Ridge and he has welded a couple things for me in the past. I'll ask him tomorrow if he can do aluminum.

Hey btw got a mesh kit from Homertaco, anyone want to come help me install and have a couple beers? Planning on doing it in a couple weeks when I finish school.

If it was something smaller I could sneak it in the shop and do it but pulling somebody else's whole truck in might be pushing it a bit. Sorry man

Just a heads up for anyone interested:

Someone local is working on a RTT GB from the manufacturer in China that makes ALL the RTTs before they go to the vendors to get a CVT or TEPUI stamp and a $500-$1000 upcharge. Buying from them directly drives the cost SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER. If anyone has seen my tent, it will be similar. Details to follow, but i am working with the guy locally and would be happy to facilitate here (not sure the guy is on TW)

    PM me if you're interested

Some pics from Toys for Tots today! Thanks for all that showed up, donated and represented ChiTown Yotas! It was a great time to see old friends, meet new ones and crack some Jeep jokes! Especially when one broke down right in front of us! The Jeep recovery team was ready to jump in..
