What options are available for an acab without drilling? I know prinsu and I think i'll be getting the toprac for my topper, but I'm hesitant to drill into my cab. I think most of my storage will be on the toprac, but I'd like to put some racks over my cab for solar panels, so not too concerned with load rating. Looks like thule/yakima make some options for 2nd gen, so maybe it will work for 3rd gens too?

The only ones I know of are the clamp on type. A big advantage of those is you can remove it when not needed and reduce drag. I have one on my car that I remove seasonally.

A big disadvantage, though, is cab damage and paint damage from clamp squeeze/attachment.

True, that’s why I periodically remove mine and clean it up. I’ve also got some clear film like what is used on hoods for protection to put under it. Keeps it easy to put the rack back on without measuring.
