Hey Tacoma World, Mike here from Calgary Canada.

I recently bought a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off-Road DCSB (quicksand), traded in my heavily modded 2012 Jeep Wrangler, yep I am from that world.

I want to get my lift and new tires on ASAP. From all the research I have done on this forum it looks like I will probably be purchasing 265/75R16 KO2 tires.

I need the masters opinion on wheels and lift.

Dealership guy told me to get 5100s as you can adjust the desired height and keep the ride smooth... I dont want to go too crazy and over budget, not doing any crazy off-roading like I did with my Jeep. Thoughts on this kit:

As for wheels I really like the classic look (I am from the Jeep world soooo...) will these fit OK if I put these on with the KO2 before lifting? What about the offset? Close to stock?

Please, please don't reply to this posting all the different threads of wheel/tire combos and lift specs/information. I have done countless research on this forum and frankly it is overwhelming, hoping to get some honest opinions on the above and get the ball rolling.

    Thanks in advance,
    Mike
