    looking for some tips on swapping my front and maybe other lights to LED. Best brand, best bang for your buck, any advice at all.

    Don’t trust the OP on that LED thread. He hasn’t updated it in a long time. You’ll have to read through it to find better choices.

    I have to say that I myself am not all that happy with my headlights either. I'm thinking about doing this myself. How can anyone tell what "old info" is with regards to LED lights. Are advances and cheaper/better alternatives available each year? Or is there a two or three year change in advances/technology?

    Meaning the OP of that thread bought a bunch of bulbs, posted links to them and then abandoned the thread. Turns out a lot of what he posted isn’t that great. Especially the low beam headlights.

    Every few weeks you see a post in that thread that’s says, “I bought the led lowbeams in the original post and I can’t see anything”

    I’m not sure technology has changed much, but people have definitely found better choices than what the OP has linked.
