Yea Mom always gets Lubys. It’s so bland but it’s consistent. We tried Rudy’s BBQ one year but was dry. There’s the Honey glazed ham company. I did trash can turkeys which came out juicy. Wife wants takeout this year so I looked up Whole Foods. Boston Market pulled out of our area.

The hunters must be feeling a little excited this morning. I've had more show up today to hunt on the plant's archery lease than I had on opening day.

Morning fellow OFs. Another day of sitting and hacking.

The new LP fireplace insert is very nice. Just push the remote for warmth. Of course, I'll be singing a different tune when it's time to fill the tank. We had been using a wood stove that's in the basement with vents in the floor but that's now only for when I'm puttering down there. It kept the house warm but because it wasn't in the living space it took more work and needed to be a good hot fire.

Wifey is getting tired of me being sick... I'm starting to get a bit of attitude - what the heck.

Just sitting up at the table makes me out of breath. That's ok, mommy isn't to far away and will help the baby if I call. :D

Installing new front pads and rotors on my Amanda's Rav 4 today. Then joining everyone with the leaves detail. Don't care to work on Sundays but what does a guy do? Just not enough hours in a day. Come on 1/14/2024!

Yesterday was interesting. It was 'change the curtains day'. Of course it was about 30F and the windows evidently needed to be opened and cleaned... o_O
