Better stick with Walmart they might keep their human greeters the fries places are testing self order kiosks so they do not have to pay 15 bucks an hour to a part time casual seasonal employee. Who ever said those types of jobs were to have a family, buy a house etc etc ??? They were starter jobs, extra money jobs, kids jobs , mom and dad needing extra money jobs or jobs just for something to do !!!

Just think, they'll have to find people who can actually act to fill rolls. And when there's more than one competing for a roll they'll have to undercut each other to get it or they'll sleep their way in voluntarily. The new headlines will be who's the biggest two-bit whores .

I am pretty sure some did sleep their way in voluntarily from the beginning and now , but hey if you can look at yourself in the mirror in the morning afterward and tell yourself you got the job on merit alone who am I to cast aspersions on their character....

I will again MENTION that there are a few houses for sale where I am o_O....

You can "Enjoy Maine" for seasons and RELAX during your Florida Winters...

My Dad did this for 4 years before becoming full time Floridian :hattip:

No more winterizing the boat and with the repairs we just finished on the boat lift , you could walk your tools over and "play" as needed.....
We always have 4-5 slips open for residents ONLY :fistbump:

    Just saying....

Keep your DownEast Roots but enjoy NO MORE SNOW.....

I'm sure there are/were many who volunteer. But it seems trial by social media has become the easiest path.

My original plan was 55 but we didn't have our first kid until I was 31. I still planned on leaving at 55 but said first son got accepted at one of the most expensive college's in Texas which shot down my plans. Now the youngest is at UT and thankfully we are able to pay for him out of our pockets. Second son AND I graduate in 2020.

You might want to forget about Walmart, only a few stores still have the door greeters. My retirement work plans are to be the piano player in the local whorehouse.

We have tons of winter visitors here. It looks like the majority stay in rv's of many different calibers. But it looks like most of these are from more of western states. Many of them leave their rigs here in storage. There are more than a few air conditioned storage buildings that are at or near capacity during the summer months.

Wut? Huh? I have 2 of them. And 4 grills\smokers. They all get used and the crockpots will start to get used even more now with winter coming. Food vacuum sealers and a good freezer are your friend.

TW for the win. You don't have to be broke or even know how to run a smoker. But if you can't find something to make in this thread in your crockpot then there is no hope.

The: I'm broke and prefer to smoke but gotta eat on the cheap crock pot thread

Well the greeter thing wouldn't happen anyway, the closest Wal-Mart is 30 miles away. Closest whorehouse is Nevada. Maybe a starter on a golf course or something easy like a Toyota master mechanic.
