The highest temp it got here this summer was 99 deg. In fact most homes have central air. We can count on 3 months of warm weather, 3 months of hot weather, 3 months of cold weather and 3 months of freezing weather. We get everything.

    Good evening all.
Well back to work tomorrow after a week off. Only have to work 4 days. We'l our union meeting yesterday went bad. The proposal for new contract was voted down. To many stupid people think that by turning down higher wages and better benefits we are screwing the company. They don' t understand the long term effects this is going to have.

People were bashing the union for not doing a better job. It was kinda turning into a mob mentility. Well next year when insurance and union dues go up and no pay raise people are going to bitch. I am going to remind them that maybe they should of voted yes.

    i did some figuring.
Between retiring at 62 and 67.
For every year I keep working after 62 I get about 100 bucks more a month in that year.
    I think I'm in trouble..

They think that getting paid less and having less benefits screws the company?
If I got that right, How?

    Ours gets used fairly often:thumbsup:

Having pulled pork out of the crock right now!:hungry:

Happens more than you know. I had a Dr. cancel a Rx without seeing or telling me, I found out when I tried to refill, my primary reinstated it. My last appt. a tech did a ultra sound on my leg Dr. looked at it later and I got a letter a few days later "all good" (we shall see). To many people not enough Doctors.

To many unions pit employee against employer and now some of them don't trust the unions either. Why would they turn down higher wages?

I got my pellets from the place you suggested:thumbsup: A little expensive but delivered its worth the added expense. Thanks
